Shortcodes on homesections

i need to use shortcodes on the home sections, im using the royalslider plugin to make a slider but when i put the shortcode in the section i get this https://dessigna.com/demo/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Captura-de-pantalla-de-2014-06-25-185308.png How can i solve that?
