Shortcodes on Email Subjectlines

  • Hi there,

    I have the status tracking premium plugin, and I am trying to figure out a way to add the shortcodes (status tracking variables) on to the email subject line on the WP email plugin. Is this possible?

    Hi johan,

    That’s a neat idea, but, unfortunately, it’s not possible, and I don’t think there would be a way to make it possible, because the subject line normally just works as plain text. Perhaps we can do some testing at some point in the future to see if there would be a way to do it, but, right now, it will not be possible.
