Shortcodes not working other than forms

    I would love to get this plugin to work properly, but I’m not seeing it happening. The shortcodes for the forms appear to work, such as these:

    [ultimatemember form_id=109]
    [ultimatemember form_id=110]

    but all of the shortcodes I’ve attempted to install (like [ultimatemember_messages user_id=”123”] ) show up as text on the published pages.

    I’ve tried shutting off the other plugins (this was happening before I even added other plugins), and I’ve tried it with 3 different themes. Similar posts have yielded no insight, and I’m out of options.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hi @littleseizure,

    The [ultimatemember_messages user_id=”123”] shortcode will only work if the Private messages extension is active.
    If you have purchased our Private messages extension please submit your question via our website because we are only allowed to provide support on this forum for the free plugin hosted on the www.remarpro.com website.

    Thank you for clarifying. If we forget about the private messages function and add-on for a moment: None of the other shortcodes (aside from the forms) will function on my suite. Here are others that don’t work:

    [ultimatemember_activity user_id=”123” hashtag=”#mypost” user_wall=”false” wall_post=”3” template=”activity” mode=”activity” form_id=”um_activity_id” ]

    [ultimatemember_wall user_id=”123” hashtag=”’#mypost” wall_post=”3” user_wall=”true” ]
    [ultimatemember_followers user_id=”123” style=”default” max=”11” ]

    [ultimatemember_followers_bar user_id=”123” ]

    [ultimatemember_notice id=”123” ]

    [ultimatemember_notifications]

    [ultimatemember_notification_count]

    [ultimatemember_online max=”11” roles=”all” ]

    [ultimatemember_profile_completeness]

    …and pretty much all the other shortcodes on the support page.

    Is the function of all these shortcodes also governed by the Private Messages add-on?

    Hi @littleseizure,

    These shortcodes will only work with our extensions.
    You won’t have followers, notifications, profile completeness etc. functionality without extensions, thus these shortcodes won’t work.
