hello, so I tried the “send test” option in the newsletter and the email was sent successfully, however all the shortcodes are still written as in the editor. is it like that, and will it change when it is sent to the subscribers, or is there a bug?

  • Dear @silversh ,

Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention.

Just wanted to inform you, that now we have the reported problem when sending the test emails, but won’t face the same issue when sending the newsletter.
Kindly ask you to try sending the newsletter, while we are investigating the issue with the test emails.

Once we have an update on that, we will get back to you.

    Thanks, thar work perfectly.
here i have one more question… is there a shortcode to mention email address instead subscribers name? because my newsletter form only collect email address without name.
    Thank you

    Dear @silversh ,

Thanks for getting back to me
We are glad, the feature worked for you.

Unfortunately, we do not have the shortcode among the default ones, but once we implement it, we will get back to you with the update.

    Thanks,

    Dear @silversh ,

    Hope you are fine.

Just wanted to let you know, that we have updated the free version of the plugin to 4.1.3 and it fixed the issue with the shortcodes in case of the test email.

Please, feel free to check and get back to us, once you face any issue with that.

    Thanks,
    Popup Builder Team
