Shortcodes not working on Self Hosted

    I am using wordpress in a self hosted environment (erikcurtis.com). I am not able to insert youtube or flickr videos. I have tried:

    [flickr video=https://www.flickr.com/photos/erikcurtis/5527359836]
    [flickr video=5527359836]

    on my wordpress.com hosted site, this works fine.
