Shortcodes not working on pages

  • I have previously used Business world without any shortcode issues. Today I have tried to used shortcodes for 2 different plugins and neither of them worked. I couldn’t find any reported issues with shortcodes and this theme, so I was wondering if there might be a fix to it somewhere?

    Thank you for posting about this issue!

    We installed the Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin, which you use on the mentioned page. Created an entry in this plugin and published it to test the issue. The images appeared correctly.

    Has your theme been customized? It appears to be a conflict specific to your site. If you did customize the theme, please make sure wp_head() function is not removed from header.php file.

    The theme is not custom and has the wp_head() present. I do have a child theme created for it though. I placed the shortcode into a post and even though it does not appear on the page, when I inspect the code, it is there.
