shortcodes not working on my site

    Hi! I have purchased the PRO version of the glossary. I have worked through all the shortcodes offered and I cannot make any changes to the view that is showing on my webpage.

    I would like to show all the letters of the alphabet (regardless of whether a term is available for that letter) and have the letters link to the part of the index with that letter. I can’t seem to make it happen using any form of the shortcodes offered in the documentation. I am using Bold Builder with theme named Avantage.
