Shortcodes not working on Mobile/Tablets

    Hello,

    I am using the Appointments Lite plugin on my website here;
    https://www.call4backup.org/shift-planner/

    The two monthly calendars with ability to confirm shifts and transfer across to Google Calendar works perfectly, my only issue is that when I view it on a mobile or tablet device the short code elements, so the calendars dont show at all.

    I am using;
    [app_monthly_schedule logged=” ” title=”START”]
    [app_monthly_schedule logged=” ” add=”1″ title=”START”]
    [app_confirmation title=”PLEASE CHECK YOUR SELECTED SHIFT DETAILS AND CLICK TO CONFIRM:” button_text=”Please click here to confirm this shift” confirm_text=”We have received your booking. Please check your email system for shift booking confirmation”]

    This shows two months calendars and allows to book 3 hr shifts on certain days. Why can I not get this layout to work on Mobile or Tablet devices??

    HELP PLEASE!!

    Hello call4backup,

    Can you disable Appointments+ cache in Advanced Settings

    Right now there are no calendars at all on your site so I’m not able to check it and my suspicion is that is cache issue

    I have disabled the cache and now it appears on my phone, thank you I think this is sorted now!
