Shortcodes not working like before

I have this plugin for years now, I didn’t update it until my site stopped showing, I had old spoiler, now its su_spoiler.But I notice that even after update and search/replace of spoiler with su_spoiler, spoilers doesn’t open, tried to do tabs, not good either, …
Tabs all opened in the same time.Overall some shortcodes do work, but most doesn’t. What should I do.
