Hey there, I hope you’re doing well!

Despite adding the password shortcode to my email template along side other shortcodes, the only ones that seem to appear correctly in the customer email are Username and Email. The rest are left blank.

Please refer to this image below to showcase my Notification settings in BNFW:

As you can see from the image, I have multiple shortcodes added, but only the User_Login and user_email shortcodes display in the customer’s email. The rest of the shortcodes don’t show the intended information to the customer.

To have a better idea, you can check out the results that appear in the customer’s email:

You may have noticed that the User email and Username shortcodes added the correct information, but the rest were empty.

Do you have any idea why this could be happening?

    Hi @antcrescendo,
    Thanks for your message.

Looking at your image of the generated email from BNFW, it appears all of the shortcodes have been output with information: https://postimg.cc/BXgnXgkr

Please note that the [password] shortcode is an alias for [password_url] – you cannot output a password in an email from WordPress since version 4.3 from 2019 or before.

Other than the password, can you tell me which shortcodes you were expecting to see have different information?
