Shortcodes not working

    I’ve installed PMS as per the video but none of the shortcodes are working. They just display the code on the page. I’ve tried putting it in in both visual and text with same result. if i change to the default twenty sixteen theme none of my pages for the site show up and just give the WSOD (posts and admin are fine though). I’ve done the usual WSOD fixes but none have worked. any ideas?

    Hi,

    To check if there isn’t a plugin conflict, try to disable all other plugins while having PMS activated. Then, activate them one by one.
    Let me know how this goes.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

    I’ve already tried deleting all plugins. I then reinstalled PMS and still nothing. PMS is the only plugin on the site. I did upgrade to the latest wordpress version before installing PMS.

    Do you have any errors in the console? If you set WP_DEBUG to TRUE are any errors displayed?

    Do you use a Page Builder? If you use any other shortcode from a different plugin does it work?
