Shortcodes not working

  • I’m trying to use this shortcode
    [display-posts include_excerpt=”true” image_size=”thumbnail” wrapper=”div” posts_per_page=”8″ category=”blog”]
    here

    and it’s not working. I disabled all plugins to no avail. Played with the theme’s functions.php, to no avail.
