shortcodes not working

    Hello,

    I have a serious problem. After updating wordpress my contact forms don’t work. When you open popup with forms there is only shortcode.

    I read some of your articles about that issue and try adding <code></code> around contact form code, but nothing.

    I’m using plugin last version what is compatible with WordPress 4.2.2

    You can find contact form in footer in section “CONNECT WITH US”.

    Please, can you help me?

    Dear mladja86,

    Please first remove the shortcode. Then deactivate and delete the plugin. And as a final step insert the shortcode of the plugin once again. If this doesn’t resolve the issue please contact us at [email protected]. We will check it out. Thank you.
