    perhaps the currencies are not in database

    could you please check your database and see if there’s a table called wp_currencies, and it’s not empty?

    which version of the plugin are you using?

    Hello,

    I used the last version of the plugin and I only asked for USD to test the plugin. I actually copy/pasted the two examples you give in the Other note Tab:
    [currency_convert amount=’260′ from=”MYR” to=”THB” round=”0″]
    [currency_symbol currency=”JPY”]

    I had to go for another plugin.
