Shortcodes not working

I am getting this error in browser console when i use this plugin on multisite wp admin area. I think this causes shortcodes to fail… landing pages don’t look that good.
Note:
1. aaaaaa.com is main site,
2. bbbbbb is subsite where plugin is being used,
3. wp-content folder is renamed to ‘newcontent’XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://aaaaaa.com/newcontent/plugins/cta/shared/shortcodes/popup.php?popup…g.com%2Fnewcontent%2Fplugins%2Fcta%2Fshared%2Fshortcodes%2F&random=1406915325839. No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://bbbbbb.aaaaaa.com’ is therefore not allowed access.
