Shortcodes not working

    Are shortcodes not usable with this theme?

    I tried the example shown in the WordPress support page, it says this should show a video: [youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaNH56Vpg-A&w=640&h=385]

    But all that does in both Posts and Pages is show that raw text.

    Just using the URL in a line by itself works fine – this displays the video embedded:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaNH56Vpg-A

    Would be nice if shortcodes could work though, since that allows for better customization of displayed video.
