Shortcodes not working

  • Hi support,

    After 2 years of using Glossary on a website, having paid for a “single site” licence, I find that when I install the “free” (or limited Fremium) version on another website, things as simple as shortcodes don’t work.

    They don’t work:

    [glossary-list]
    [glossary-letters excerpt=”true” search=”no-fixed” letters=”D,N,S,T,X” theme=”grid”]

    These do work:

    [glossary-cats]
    [glossary-terms num=”20″]

    It’s a WordPress 6.0 with “classic editor” inserting the shortcodes in HTML mode (as usual).

    Has there been any change in the use of shortcodes?
