Shortcodes not working

    Hello,
    the plugin had been set up following the official guide. Shortcodes don’t do anything except show this:
    *some text* [cookie_link] [cookie_settings][cookie_reject][cookie_button]
    Buttons aren’t appearing. How to enable shortcodes? Is this because of the theme or other plugins?

    We cannot see the plugin active in the site.

    Hello, after upgrade to 2.2.2 – because in Germany I need the choice-box the site crashes down – shortcodes also doesn’t work.
    No I have deactivated the plugin.
    May be the Be-Theme Child is not compatible with the popup version?
    Banner without choice always does its work.

    Sorry – my English is not the best.

    But as wrote upon – I deactivated the plugin – because I had two e-mails from my guests – site is down.

    Thank you – but because my English is so bad, I’ve uninstalled the plugin –
    I’ll buy another plugin too, already perfect translated in german.
