Right now I’m solving a number of different bugs, now adding on to that pile is that my 404 errors are showing up on published pages. But anyways,

Before all of this. I was trying to use the shortcodes provided my the plugin, specifically the [submit_job_form] plugin on a new page that I created fresh.

I would simply click on the text tab of the page creation and drop the shortcode in their. It’s not my first time doing this, wp-forms uses shortcodes also. But nothing appears in the preview or live versions of the page.

I checked the javascript console for signs of errors but there were none.

I have plugin called WPBakery that might be conflicting with it but I have to test this further.

    Hi,

WP Job Manager does not always work well with page-builder plugins like WPBakery. I suggest turning it off temporarily to see if the shortcode content is rendered as expected. If it is, you’ll have to either exclude the WPJM pages from being affected by WPBakery, or deactivate WPBakery entirely. Let me know how it goes!

    Hi

We use wp bakery and the short codes work so it may be something else.

Samer, do you use a basic text block for those shortcodes? Also, how can one edit the margins of the submission form so it doesn’t take up all 12 columns, is that something wp bakery handles or you have to do some plugin editing.
