Shortcodes Not Working

Hi.

I have just installed Property Hive and purchased the Property Import Addon and all properties are currently being imported from Jupix.

I can’t however seem to get the shortcodes working.

I have the [properties] shortcode on a page and the [property_search_form id=”default”] on another (after installing the Template Assistant Plugin) – both are not displaying anything.

Any ideas to whats going wrong?
