shortcodes not working

In the last footer section, I want top display the follow icons under the follow us section. I have set the follow links in the settings and used the shortcode [feather_follow]. But instead of displaying the icons, it displays the short-code text itself in dark grey color below follow us heading. why are the icons not getting displayed.
