Shortcodes not visible on wordpress text editor

Hi,
I installed the plugin and tried to use it, ticked the checkbox which makes the shortcodes visible in the wordpress text editor, but I can’t see anything.
It dont understand how to use this plugin, coz there is nothing given on the documentation.
