shortcodes not displaying any content

This is for a new client of mine.

[WPCR_SHOW POSTID="ALL" NUM="5" PAGINATE="0" PERPAGE="5" SHOWFORM="0" HIDEREVIEWS="1" HIDERESPONSE="1" ]Based on your description of the shortcode, this should present the top five rated reviews without reviews and responses shown. However, this shortcode shows NOTHING on this page.That empty pale green box is where the results should be displayed…I have also tried varations of this shortcode as a widget, with zero success.
I’d appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance!

I also can not see on pages, just articles. Example: https://www.leca-palmeira.com/
