Shortcodes not converting to tabs etc.

Hi I installed the plugin and started trying to create tabs. I created two tabs with titles and wrapped them in the wrapper. When I publish the page, I don’t get tabs. I just get the text with the titles showing in bold and the text beneath them. What am I doing wrong?
