I’m evaluating the free version in anticipation of ordering the paid version, but am having some problems.

I have disabled all plugins and switched to the 2017 theme to test this. (WP 4.9)

I can get a Rating Form to appear before or after content, but not in a comment.

Shortcodes are not being interpreted by WordPress and just appear verbatim in content wherever I insert them (I have set ‘do not show’ in settings).

I feel certain that I am doing something stupid but after a couple of hours of experimenting I don’t know what.

    Hi there,

Are you using the right shortcode? The documentation on the premium version site might cause confusion sorry. The free version has prefix mr_ [mr_rating_form]. And the free version does not integrate with the WordPress comment form.

    Hope this helps,
    Daniel

    Hi

Thanks for getting back to me.

    D’oh! That was the reason!

On the comment form – there is an option in the free version that suggests that it does?

Anyway, sale coming your way later today.

    Cheers
