    Hi,
    Thanks for reporting this. Can you try deactivating all other plugins on your site and confirming whether this problem persists? If it does, can you try setting your theme to “Twenty Fourteen” or “Twenty Fifteen” and confirming?

    If either action resolves the issue, then re-activate your plugins or theme one by one and see when this plugin breaks. If you can report back when it breaks, I might be able to resolve whatever plugin or theme is conflicting with this one.

    Sorry for Taking so long… I found it to be a conflict with another plugin called “Mega Main Menu”.

    My turn to apologize for a delayed response. “Mega Main Menu” appears to be a premium plugin, which makes it difficult to resolve conflicts.

    Is there any chance you could grant me access to a site using that plugin so I can see what’s happening?
