Shortcodes missing when logged in as User

    It seems there is a bug with shortcodes displaying when logged into the Organizer as a user. On a test trial account now and whenever I’m logged into the Organizer pages, all the shortcodes displaying IDX data are missing when on “My Listing”, “My Searches” and “My Profile”. Is there a fix for this?

    Hello,

    The theme page template can be set for each IDX Page in Dashboard > Optima Express > IDX Pages, so each page can be set to display differently.

    I’m not certain however, what shortcode/IDX content you are referring to. Can you email a screenshot of the issue to [email protected] along with your client ID? I would be happy to take a look at this for you.
