Shortcodes "maxperpage" DOES NOT WORK!

On this page https://clientanamma(dot)divawebdzgn(dot)com/articles/, I have the following shortcode: [wp_rss_multi_importer maxperpage=”30″]
And it is not overriding the shortcode default of 3 per page..Will this be fixed?? is there a fix I can apply NOW??????
