Shortcodes incorrect in description

Hi Mikeill,

Thank you so much for this plugin. I currently use healcode and was really looking for another option that I can customize more.

I noticed that in the MZ Mindbody setting that shortcodes are displayed as [mz_mindbody_staff_list] (with underscores instead of dashes). I tried using this shortcode on my page with no luck, so I went into the php file and found that the real shortcode is [mz-mindbody-staff-list]. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.
