    Hi all,

I think this is a great plugin but I’m having some issues and I don’t speak German so I hope someone can help.

I’m using shortcodes for the mandate template (direct debit gateway) but they don’t seem to work.

Actually these are the default ones used for the mandate template, but they don’t show the result they should (just empty spaces):

    [account_holder] [street] [postcode] [city] [country]
    IBAN: [account_iban]
    BIC: [account_swift]

Funny thing, [company_info] [company_identification_number] and [mandate_id] show correct results without problem.

Any idea why the others don’t show?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hi again,

To be more specific, customers do not register on site, so I expect the ajax mandate that “pops-up” to reflect the personal info that customers entered during the checkout process. I don’t know if that is the expected behaviour.

    Thanks

Sorry again, just to provide more information:

The shortcodes work ok in the email sent to the customer with the mandate details. For some reason they just don’t work in the mandate preview during checkout.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

could you try to disable all plugins but Woo and Germanized and activate a default theme? Does that solve the issue? The preview is generated via GET parameters sent from within the checkout: https://github.com/vendidero/woocommerce-germanized/blob/master/includes/gateways/direct-debit/class-wc-gzd-gateway-direct-debit.php#L733

    Hi vendidero,

    Thanks for your quick reply!

Actually it worked when disabling the Avada theme (and the Avada builder and Avada core plugins). So I guess there’s a conflict with the Avada theme.

Do you think there is any possible alternative to solve this conflict?

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

Finally I disabled the lightbox option from Avada and everything worked fine. Not the best alternative since the Avada lightbox gives you many configuration options that make it look much better, but I can’t think of any other solution. Any alternative tips will be much appreciated.

    Cheers!
