    Hi there,

    – First, this plugin is awesome.

    – Now my problem: I manually create orders for my customers from the WP backend and then send them the “order-pay” (endpoint) link (provided by woocommerce in the edit order page). My customers pay using a SEPA direct deposit. With the provided link they see the order products summary and then they have to fill the name, IBAN & swift in the SEPA payment gateway. I found two problems there:

    1) when customers preview the Mandate, the shortcodes [street], [postcode] and [city] don’t show results, just empty spaces. This does not happen when making an order through the shop page in the front-end… I guess because during the front-end checkout customers fill both forms (customer details/SEPA) in that moment, but it the “pay-order” page, there’s no customer details form because the customer details were introduced from the backend (makes sense?)

    2) In addition to point 1, when customers introduce the IBAN, BIC (does not happen with the Account Holder name), no matter if the data is correct or not, the error message in red for the field shows up. The order can still be submitted though.

Any help about these two point would be much appreciated !

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

I just realized that after the customer paying through the “order-pay” link, the orders changes to “on hold”. Then I manually change it to “complete”… Then the customer gets the email with the order payment details, icluding the SEPA Mandate info.

So there, in the email body, the “Account Holder”, “IBAN” and “BIC/SWIFT” fields are empty!

Am I doing something wrong or the plugin is not ready to accept orders started from the admin back-end and then payed through the “order-pay” link ?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

yep, you are right. This is a bug – the pay for order option does not really work fluently with the direct debit gateway. I’ll fix that within our next update scheduled for this week. Thanks for reporting.

    Cheers
