Shortcodes for the flags

Do you have any shortcode to place the flags in custom area (not widget supported)?
https://polita.co.uk/ – i want the flags to be appeared at the very top of the page, on the yellow bar beside the e-mail address.thank you ?? btw: it’s very good plugin!!
