Hi! We’d like to add a shortcode to our Events page to only show the “convention” event-type. But when we tried [ em_event_types display_style=”rows” id=”13″ ] with the id 13 being the “convention” event-type, it shows the upcoming conventions but doesn’t allow us to click on View Details to see the individual event’s information. (We did include some info within the event itself, like location and event description) Are we using the wrong shortcode wording? Thank you for all your help with this project!

    Hi,

The ‘[em_events]’ shortcode is used to list all events.

You can use the ‘types’ argument to filter events by event-types. You will need to use an event-type ID as a value.

Try using [em_events types=”13″] shortcode and check if this works for you.

[em_events types=”13″] displays the “Currently there are no events planned” message.

When I use [em_event_type id=”13″ view=”rows”] it displays the rows of events assigned to id 13, but we can’t click on View Details or the event itself for more info. It just redirects back to the overall events page.
