Shortcodes don’t work in front end
-
Hi everybody!
Unfortunately I have some problems with Advanced File Manager Shortcode. The shortcodes don’t work in the front end of my website meanwhile Advanced File Manager works fine in back end.
The problem is obviously, that path=*outside” does not operate.
Using shortcode
[file_manager_advanced login=”no” url=”https://www.mywebsite.com/projects” path_type=”outside” lang=”en”]
a blank File Manager is shown on website and error “Invalid backend configuration. Readable volumes not available.”
And: I wonder why in Elementor the hint appears: “Please install File Manager Advanced Plugin to make shortcode work.” Of course File Manager Advanced is installed.
Using shortcode
[file_manager_advanced login=”no” path=”wp-content/uploads” path_type=”inside”]
File Manager shows the correct folder structure and all the data files in front end of the website. So inside WordPress directory the function of shortcodes is correct.
Why the shortcodes don’t work with directory outside WordPress? For my work the correct function with directory outside is the most important one and the only reason why I purchased Advanced File Manager Shortcode. Malfunction is really a bad experience in this context
Does anybody has an idea to solve this problem?
Thanking you in anticipation!
Nicola ??
