Shortcodes don't work at all

Default theme (twenty thirteen)
Gallery title: Portfolio
Gallery location: wp-content/uploads/gallery/
Site URL: https://www.iconographicdesign.comEverything appears to be working beautifully, except the plugin shortcodes which do not work at all. I turned off all the other plugins. No result. I’ve attempted to use several of the different shortcodes. Nada on all counts. See for yourself: https://www.iconographicdesign.com/?page_id=48
