Shortcodes don't work

  • Hi,

    I’ve installed some plugins and inserted the shortcodes in the Page builder’s text widget.

    But the shortcodes don’t work in the Page Builder. All I see in the result is the shortcode itself. Although they work perfectly in a default wp text editor.

    Please help me out. What’s the reason?
