    Hi. I am creating a template for sending specific product email triggered by automatewoo. When I place shortcodes into yaymail templates, preview and test email work fine; however, when I am an actual purchase, shortcodes are blank (nothing appears in their place).

    I actually went also reverse and placed automatewoo shortcodes into yaymail templates and it works fine. Am I missing something?

    Hi @winnicajura ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Yes, that’s how it works. You have to paste AutomateWoo shortcode in YayMail, please refer to this doc guide:
    https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaymail/addons/automatewoo

    Kind regards,

    Thanks, yes, but not quite. I want to place into an email order item, but when I copy the shortcode from automatewoo {{ order.items }} it shows unusually large so I choose on automatewoo a variation for that shortcode :

    {{ order.items | template: ‘order-table’ }}

    and that doesn’t work. In fact, I tried ALL the variations and they don’t work – it seems that when the shortcode from automatewoo includes template qualification then it just breaks down.

    Hi @winnicajura,

    Can you please send screenshot of this issue?

    Also, may I know if you test with live orders and issue persist, please?

    Thank you!

    The first image shows 3 shortcodes in email, the second image is an actual email I get when I book a product – it’s on live server, I buy it myself.

    Hi?@winnicajura,

    Thank you so much for your patience.

    There was a small bug on our plugin, please remove the quote and the space and keep the shortcode to be like this ?{{order.items | template:order-table}}

    Please try it again and let us know if it works, we will fix it and release an updated version as soon as possible.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Mia
