Shortcodes do not work

    Hi there;
    I am using your regular version (not PRO) and found out today that there is a problem with my testimonial slider. So I created it again with the following shortcode:

    [bne_testimonials_slider category=”Drei” animation=”fade” name=”true” arrows=”false” image=”true” image_style=”square”]

    However, the slider does not display image, but does instead display arrows. Also, the URL of the page gets changed automatically to one of the titles of the testimonials or other weird titles which I did not choose! How does this happen?!

    Hello, your second link, the one you say the URL should be, does not work for me.

    Yes, that is the URL I *want* the page to have (and that I have in fact assigned to it a few times), but for some reason the URL keeps getting changed to some other address, such as https://aikidoimhof.de/sonja-s/. Sonja-s is one of the people whose testimonial we use. Some other time the page URL got changed and had the title of one of the testimonials in our… So it seems that the plug in is making changes in the URL address.

    I’ve never seen or heard this happen before. The testimonial plugin would have no way of changing a static page URL. Have you tried the usual disabling other plugins on your site to see if the problem persists? Does the Url change when you add a new testimonial or is it random?

    i have found out the following:

    when i change the URL of that page in wordpress to another one and save it it keeps that URL. But when I later change something in the shortcode of the plugin on that page then the URL gets changed back again automatically to the weird one it had earlier (at the moment https://aikidoimhof.de/sonja-s/ whereas it should be https://aikidoimhof.de/warum-aikido/)…

    And yes, I have dectivated all other plugings but same problem: some of the the shortcode still does not work (images don′t get displayed, arrows do get displayed, etc.).
