Shortcodes do not work

I understand your concern about the shortcode [IP] not displaying the user’s IP address in the purchase form after the recent update.

Just to understand your issue even further, are you using any plugin to handle the IP shortcode from your store?

Yes, we are using the plugin “Flexible Checkout Fields Pro” but we have also used other similar plugins like “WooCommerce Checkout Fields & Fees” “WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor Pro” “Woocommerce Easy Checkout Field Editor” “YITH WooCommerce Checkout Manager” and none works, the strange thing is that before the last update the plugin “Flexible Checkout Fields Pro” works normally, ie the checkout form showed the actual value of the shortcode.
