Shortcodes display as shortcode on ajax loading

    Hey there !

    Got a problem, when I click on a submission to see the details or when I update the sort conditions the shortcodes are displaying as shortcode. Its like ajax inserted shortcode are not loaded until I force a page reload manualy. How to bypass this problem ? Already try disable Elementor and I dont have any cache plugin.

    Also it is possible to check the submited video by clicking on it ? Like I dont want to go to a new page each time but to show like a “lightbox” poping-up.

    Hi there!

    That looks like a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all plugins except TotalContest and let us know if this issue persists,

    As for the “lightbox,” you can have that by enabling the “View submissions in modal” under Design > Advanced > Behaviors tab.
