This is an excellent, easy plugin. Thank you for making (and maintaining) it!

I was debating whether to make one post or several, but decided it would be more efficient to combine my questions, so here goes:

    1. I would like to give users the option to leave only a rating without a review, but I can’t figure out how to do that. So, essentially, displaying both rating and review fields in the review form, but making all fields optional. Am I missing something simple?

    2. I’m not a developer, so am having an issue with the native text of the review form being extremely small and illegible on mobile. Is there some easy custom CSS to fix this? If so, could you possibly share it and tell me where to put it? (I’m using Elementor if that matters.)

    3. The Ratings Summary shortcode is working great, but can I switch the words (excellent, very good, etc.) to the actual rating numbers?

    4. Finally (sorry!), I’m using this with ProfileGrid where I’ve created a custom profile tab for my users’ reviews and another one for their ratings, ProfileGrid allows me to insert shortcode from other plugins into these tabs. So, I’ve inserted [site_reviews assigned_users=”user_id”] and the reviews are appearing, but I’d like to omit the user’s name (they know who they are). Is there a simple way to hide the name? Relatedly, is there any shortcode for displaying a logged-in user’s ratings without the reviews? Ideally sortable from highest to lowest? Do I need the Review Filters add-on for this?

Thanks for your patience. I’m not a developer but have some basic understanding of HTML and CSS. – Mike

    1) Untick the Required Fields in the settings that you want to be optional. Alternatively, use the hide option on the shortcodes or blocks or Elementor widgets to hide the fields you don’t want to use.

    2) Site Reviews uses EM sizing for typography. Adjust your Elementor Site Settings Typography settings to fix this.

    3) Change this in the Site Reviews > Settings > Strings page. Alternatively, use the labels option with the [site_reviews_summary] shortcode:

4a) Use the hide option on the shortcode.

4b) You need the Review Filters addon to allow people to sort, filter, and search reviews.
