Shortcodes aren't working

Hi!
I’ve checked the shortcodes provided, tried using them, but they aren’t working. I’m trying to get it to be displayed on products’ pages (post type), like the one below:

I’ve tried inserting the shortcode in a widget at the sidebar and also inserting the function in mp_product.php, neither of which worked. Any ideas?
