Shortcodes are ignored

    Hello.

    I have a problem with this plugin. It is simply ignored by my site/theme. I asked the designer of the theme if there was any issue with his theme and he checked that, but normally the shortcodes should work. We tried out several ones and they all worked except those of Contact Form 7 :/

    It has nothing to do with my settings in the plugin, because the default form is ignored too.

    Yes it is.

    I already deactivated and reactivated it, but there was no change :/

    OK. But, Contact Form 7’s script and stylesheet are not loaded. Are you sure it is “Contact Form 7” plugin? It seems that you have a contact page that its form is not Contact Form 7’s.

    It’s for sure your plugin but it’s right that the form on the contact page is not from Contact Form 7.

    So you can see it now, right? OK then, try deactivating all other plugins. If some of them are interfering in Contact Form 7, deactivating them all should fix this issue.

    Hey.

    This really solved the issue! Thanks for that.
    (For those who are interested. I deactivated all my plugins, and then reactivated them, now the Contact Form 7 is working just fine!)

    One last question:

    Is there a possibility to teach the text boxes to automatically resize? Because on the mobile version of my page, the boxes are way too large :/

    Sam94, in addition to buzztone’s comment, it would be helpful for other users to know which plugin was causing the issue if you have determined that. I’m curious, too.

    Okay I’ll flag the question immediately, sorry for this!

    Well I’m not sure for the plugin, because I deactivated them all and checked if Contact Form 7 was working, and yes it did!
    Then I went back to my plugins and reactivated them one by one and always checked if there was any change.
    I finished by having every plugin activated and Contact Form 7 working well too.

    So if you have the same problem try deactivating ALL plugins exect Contact Form 7 and check if it now works. If yes you should be able to reactivate your plugins.
