Shortcodes appear in blog entry "Preview" on Facebook/Google

First of all, thank you for your wonderful plugin!

I have a headache when using your plugin:
When I try to share my blog post (in which I have used several Shortcodes) on Facebook/Google+, the shortcodes were shown in the preview box of the blog entry (the short description of my blog entry).

Or

you can try to share the post directly on Facebook (posting the link as new Status), you will see that the shortcodes make the description looks really weird…

Could you please advise on how I can alter the code to hide the shortcodes and show the real content of the blog as preview?
