Shortcodes and Slideshows not loading when using Flattr

I’m using latest versions of WordPress, NGG and Flattr Plugin.
Whenever there is a Flattr button in the post, NGG shortcodes and slideshows won’t load. As soon as I disable Flattr button for that post, everything works fine again.
I’m not quite sure if the problem is NGG or Flattr Plugin. A fix would be welcome.
