    I use Elementor Theme Builder and every time I use the shortcode widget the shortcodes do not display. For example, I tried to use GD Rating System and the rating form does not display, I tried to use WP Favorite Posts and form does not display either. I tried to display a map from Advanced Custom Fields and I had to use HTML widget in order to display. Are any configuration I should do? Are there any compatibility problems?

    Hi,

    Can you please once check by adding the shortcode in the WordPress editor and see if it works there?

    We do not have any known incompatibilities, however, if the shortcode is coming from any third-party plugin, then you need to once contact the shortcode author.
    Also, you mentioned about the theme builder, in case, if you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

    I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

    Hello,

    I tested it in the WordPress editor and both shortcodes worked. So, I will follow your advice and I will try the community forum and in case I won’t find solution then I shall create a support ticket.
