Shortcodes

Hi,
I upgraded WP to 3.5.2 and WYSIWYG Widgets to 2.1 and it seems that shortcodes are no longer working. Instead of the code being run, it displays the shortcode instead.
Great plugin – I use it a lot, thank you.
