Shortcodes

I have been trying to get a shortcode from Calculated Fields Form to work in CF7 with this extension. I followed the instructions and all it does it populate a field with the HTML code for the shortcode in it. Any ideas? I removed the [ ]’s and changed the ” to ‘.
