    May I please know the exact code you are using? You can use the shortcode icon if you do not know the exact syntax to use as described at https://webwiki.co/wp-float

    That is also a shortcode and I don’t think you can use a shortcode within a shortcode such as

    [wp_float]
    [woocommerce cart]
    [/wp_float]

    Instead you should look for the HTML for the cart then add it with the wp_float shortcode
