ShortCode with GeneratePress’ Element

I’m using GeneratePress Theme with GenerateBlock and I would like to knowf if there is a possibility to use the TOC+ shortcode (or with another solution) in an Element created by GeneratePress.

The situation is : I would like to create a custom SideBar for my Single Article’s page.
For this I create an Element for this specific custom sidebar and I customize it. But the TOC+ shortcode does not work in it (I think because it is not linked to the article, so there is no headings detected)

It is only OK if I’m using the TOC+Widget into the default sidebar.

Is there a way to achieve this?
